Dr. Boit, Founder and CEO of NextGen Multi-Sport Academy, combines his profound expertise in sports science & sports medicine with a fervent commitment to youth sports development and excellence. Holding an MSc in Sports Medicine and Health Science and a PhD in Sport & Exercise Science, he stands as a distinguished authority in long-term athlete development. At NextGen, Dr. Boit spearheads strategic partnerships and oversees operations, utilizing a scientific, data-driven, and multi-sport approach to cultivate champions. 

A former elite athlete, Dr. Boit competed at the highest level as a member of the Kenyan National Swimming Team from 2007 to 2012. His achievements include winning two bronze medals at the All African Games in Maputo in 2011 and participating in the FINA World Championship in 2010, among other major international competitions.

As a dedicated lecturer in Sport Science at Kenyatta University, Dr. Boit specializes in Anatomy & Physiology, Biomechanics, Prevention and Management of Sports Injuries, and integrating computer technology in sports to enhance performance. His academic and professional pursuits reflect his unwavering dedication to advancing sports science and fostering the next generation of athletes.
