The NextGen Academy is such a well thought out and designed program for kids as young as 3 years old (although to be fair, 4 is probably the best starting age ... but 3 year olds have a lot of fun!!). It is the best program around to build the fundamental tenets of high performance in sports, and I am really excited about what it can do for not just the next generation of sportsmen, but children in general!
