TUZIDI EXPRESS
3 Days A Week
This is our 3 day a week package perfect for a busy lifestyle. Short 45-60 minute workouts to start or finish your day to keep you fit and healthy.
SPORTS SPECIFIC
This is a tailored program for athletes who play different sports to enable them to achieve peak performance and prevent injuries
- 7,000Ksh/month – 3 days a week
- 5,000Ksh/month – 2 days a week
OFF PEAK
3 Days A Week 10AM-3PM
This allows you to train when there’s low traffic at the gym
You get access to more space.
WOMEN ONLY
Everyday 2PM to 3.30PM
This is a womens’ designated time to engage in fitness activities exclusively with female participants. This concept is implemented to create an environment where women feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to pursue their health and fitness goals without the presence of male participants.
RUSH HOUR
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 5:30PM to 7:30PM
